New Castle, DE [June 25, 2025] – NAI Emory Hill recently completed a successful client representation transaction for the acquisition of land at 1273 Kirk Road in Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania. The 2.5-acre parcel, purchased in June 2023, will be home to the newly constructed Twin Tails Veterinary Hospital, a state-of-the-art animal hospital officially opening its doors to the public on July 2nd, 2025.
