Emory Hill Maintenance provides commercial maintenance services supporting day-to-day building operations across a range of property types. Services include general building maintenance, HVAC-related work, and grounds maintenance, with support tailored to the needs of each facility.

Maintenance support is available on a scheduled basis as well as for urgent situations. After-hours service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, subject to the nature and severity of the issue, technician availability, and other active service calls. Emergency requests are prioritized based on urgency and potential impact to the property and its occupants.

Maintenance activities are supported by structured reporting and management systems that allow for clear documentation, tracking, and communication. Our maintenance personnel are properly licensed and insured in New Castle County and the State of Delaware.

Maintenance dispatch is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Requests received outside of these hours are considered after-hours service calls and are subject to after-hours rates. Response times are based on the urgency of the issue, technician availability, and other active emergency calls. Service rates and contract options vary based on scope and response requirements.
