SIOR Network Connects NAI Emory Hill to 150,821 SF Industrial Lease at First State Logistics Park

NAI Emory Hill recently assisted in facilitating a long-term lease of 150,821 square feet of warehouse space to MEI Industrial Solutions at First State Logistics Park, in a transaction that highlights the reach and value of relationships within the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) network.

Rich Dudek, SIOR, of NAI Emory Hill served as the local Delaware broker in the transaction on behalf of the tenant brokerage team. The opportunity was referred to Dudek through Ryan Hays, SIOR, of Apex Industrial Real Estate Advisors.
