31,000 SF warehouse/office addition for specialty lubricants manufacturer Ultrachem.

Emory Hill constructed a 31,000 square-foot warehouse and office addition for Ultrachem, a leading producer of synthetic lubricants and oil substitutes. The project featured a pre-engineered metal building with split-faced masonry accents and a 22-foot clear height warehouse, providing both functional industrial capacity and a modernized exterior. The expansion supported Ultrachem’s continued growth and operations in New Castle, Delaware.

More recently, Emory Hill’s construction division completed renovations to the Ultrachem lobby, conference room, and employee workspaces, featuring new floors, linear lighting, recessed drywall ceiling with accent baffles, and other design upgrades to improve both functionality and aesthetics.
