Pencader Industrial Park

350-acre business park developed, subdivided, and built by Emory Hill in the 1980s.

In the mid-1980s, Emory Hill developed Pencader Industrial Park, a 350-acre business park strategically located along Route 896 and I-95. The firm subdivided the land into 43 parcels, managed the sales and leasing, and constructed multiple office and industrial buildings on site – several of which they continue to own and manage today. A hub for major businesses, a prominent early tenant was Reynolds Aluminum Supply.
