Modern office upgrades including café, fitness center, and tech-enabled conference spaces.

Extensive renovations to modernize and enhance the tenant experience at Little Falls Centre, located on Centerville Road near Lancaster Pike and downtown Wilmington. Improvements included a new café with a coffee bar and “venditorium,” an expanded fitness center with a dedicated yoga room and upgraded locker facilities, and fully remodeled restrooms. The renovations also introduced new common conference rooms equipped with advanced technology, acoustics, and writeable surfaces, as well as contemporary updates to lighting, carpeting, and overall décor throughout lobbies and shared areas.
