Delaware Children’s Museum

Adaptive Reuse of a former entertainment venue into a vibrant, interactive museum.

This project involved the renovation of a former industrial space, previously home to the landmark Kahunaville Restaurant and Bar, into a vibrant children’s museum. Work included complete interior demolition, installation of new water and sewer lines, and construction of interior spaces with pre-planning for future structural exhibits. The renovation also featured custom-painted concrete flooring and extensive exterior façade rehabilitation.
