This custom 12,000 square-foot private residence was built in the classical Arts & Crafts style and includes a separate 3,000 square-foot children’s wing, private dock, and swimming pool. Situated on a 12-acre peninsula, the home offers sunrise views from both the front and rear decks. Interior finishes include reclaimed wormy chestnut flooring throughout, along with distinctive bathrooms featuring curated collections of classical tiles and beadboard walls, adding character and timeless charm.
