Emory Hill completed a 22,000 square-foot law office fit-out in a building originally constructed in 1971, formerly housing Delmarva Power & Light. The projects spans three floors and includes a reception area, private offices, a café and lunchroom, and an employee gym, designed to accommodate 46 staff members, including 20 lawyers.
