Airport Industrial Park

10-building, 500,000+ SF business park developed by Emory Hill in the 1980s.

In the early-to-mid 1980s, Emory Hill developed Airport Industrial Park (also known as Airport Business Center) along Quigley Boulevard and New Castle, Delaware. The firm constructed 10 buildings totaling more than 500,000 square feet of industrial and office space, beginning with the completion of 259 Quigley Boulevard in 1983. Tenancy at the park dates back to 1984, and Emory Hill has remained closely tied to the site through its roles in construction, property management, and brokerage. Today, the park continues to house a wide range of businesses under Emory Hill’s management and leasing portfolio.
