Construction of multiple 5,000 SF convenience stores, built to LEED Standards.

Seven locations in the cities of Bear, Glasgow, Dover, and Georgetown in Delaware and Ridley Park, Pennsylvania. All of the stores were built to sustainable construction standards and constructed in accordance with the state-of-the-art, stringent energy and water efficiency standards set forth by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design rating system.
