Founded in 1981, Emory Hill Companies is celebrating 45 years of providing integrated commercial and residential real estate services throughout Delaware and the surrounding regions of Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Over four and a half decades, we have built a platform designed to support real estate assets across their full lifecycle.
Our services include brokerage, construction, property management, maintenance, and residential real estate, allowing us to support clients from site selection and development through leasing, operations, and long-term ownership. This integrated approach provides continuity, accountability, and informed perspective at every stage of the real estate process.
Clients work with Emory Hill Companies for our collaborative team structure and the ability to coordinate services under one organization. By maintaining long-term involvement with the properties we develop, lease, and manage, we bring practical insight and consistency to each assignment.

The Emory Hill Companies are made up of several independent divisions.
NAI Emory Hill (Brokerage) serves as the commercial brokerage division of Emory Hill Companies, providing advisory services across leasing, sales, investment, and corporate real estate assignments. As an affiliate of NAI Global, we combine local market knowledge with access to a global network of commercial real estate professionals. NAI Emory Hill represents NAI Global in the State of Delaware and Cecil County, Maryland, and works independently or collaboratively with other NAI offices based on client needs.
Emory Hill & Company (Construction) provides construction management and general contracting services for Emory Hill–owned properties as well as third-party clients. Our work includes a range of project types and delivery methods, with experience supporting both owner-occupied and investment properties. Construction services are informed by decades of hands-on project experience and include projects that have achieved LEED certification and other industry recognition.
Emory Hill Real Estate Services, Inc. (Property Management) provides commercial and residential property management services throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Our management portfolio includes office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties, representing both Emory Hill–owned assets and third-party ownership. The property management team focuses on day-to-day operations, tenant relations, financial oversight, and long-term asset performance.
Emory Hill Real Estate Services, Inc. (Maintenance) provides commercial maintenance services for third-party clients and Emory Hill–managed properties. Services include general building maintenance and HVAC-related work, with support available for routine needs and emergency response. Maintenance services are structured to support reliable building operations and continuity of service.
Emory Hill Residential Real Estate (Residential) provides full-service residential brokerage services for home buyers and sellers. The residential team supports clients through the purchase and sale process with local market insight and coordinated guidance.
Delaware Lock (An Emory Hill Affiliate) provides commercial and residential locksmith services supporting property owners, businesses, and facilities throughout Delaware and the surrounding region. Services include lock installation and repair, rekeying, access control support, and emergency response, delivered with a focus on reliability, security, and clear communication. As part of the Emory Hill Companies platform, Delaware Lock works closely with property management, maintenance, and construction teams when needed, allowing for coordinated solutions across a wide range of property types.
