Wilmington, DE [July 7, 2026] – NAI Emory Hill is pleased to announce that the company has been selected to provide property management services for Bracebridge II, a prominent 12-story, 250,000-square-foot office building located at 1020 N French Street in the heart of downtown Wilmington.

Situated adjacent to Rodney Square, Bracebridge II is one of Wilmington’s most recognizable office properties. The building is part of the larger Bracebridge complex, which was originally developed in the 1990s as the headquarters campus for MBNA before becoming part of Bank of America’s Delaware operations following its acquisition of MBNA in 2006. 

Bracebridge II is now poised to become the future home of Widener University Delaware Law School as part of “The Bridge,” a higher education initiative that will bring students, faculty, and staff into downtown Wilmington. Project plans also include partnerships with other educational institutions and community organizations. 

Emory Hill will oversee management of the property during its transition from traditional office use to a dynamic institutional and mixed-use building. Plans call for several floors of law school classrooms, administrative offices, law clinic offices and space for nonprofit community partners who will also move from the current law campus to the new downtown location.

The assignment is one of 10 new properties added to Emory Hill’s management portfolio in 2026. The company currently manages in excess of 5.8 million square feet, spanning over 100 properties and more than 570 commercial tenants and over 750 residential tenants in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland.
