NAI Emory Hill Welcomes Erika Pappas to Team
NAI Emory Hill is pleased to welcome Erika Pappas to the Property Management Accounting team. Erika brings more than 20 years of accounting, billing, and revenue support experience.
Prior to joining Emory Hill, Erika spent more than two decades with Condé Nast, where she advanced through several accounting and revenue support roles, most recently serving as Revenue Support Services Manager. During her tenure, she managed invoicing for multimillion-dollar revenue streams, processed reconciliations and billing adjustments, resolved account discrepancies, and collaborated across finance, sales, and operations teams. She also played an active role in developing and improving billing workflows and systems to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Erika’s experience includes working with a variety of financial and business platforms, including Workday, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Delaware where she was a member of Alpha Xi Delta and served as Philanthropy Chair.
