Darinda Cesario | Commercial & Residential Property Manager
Darinda brings more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate. She manages a diverse portfolio that includes office, retail, residential and commercial maintenance corporations, and condominium assets, with a focus on customer service, operational excellence, and financial reporting.
Prior to joining NAI Emory Hill, Darinda served as Senior Property Manager at The Apartments at Pine Brook, where she spent more than 20 years overseeing the management of a 308-unit multifamily residential community in Newark, Delaware.
An active member of both the Delaware Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, Darinda has earned numerous industry accolades, including Property Manager of the Year, Overall Community Excellence, and Leasing and Marketing Excellence awards from the Delaware Apartment Association.
Darinda brings extensive experience in property, and asset management as well as capital improvement projects.
Maria Sargeni | Property Management Assistant
Maria brings more than six years of customer service experience, along with a strong background in residential leasing and property management.
Prior to joining Emory Hill, Maria played an integral role in maintaining occupancy and supporting the management of a residential community with more than 300 units. An active member of the Delaware Apartment Association, she earned recognition for her outstanding performance, receiving both the Leasing Specialist of the Year and Leasing and Marketing Excellence awards.
Throughout her career, Maria has successfully guided prospective residents through every stage of the leasing process, from initial inquiry to move-in, while fostering positive relationships with existing residents. Her commitment to exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction has been a hallmark of her professional success. Maria is passionate about creating positive experiences and ensuring the needs of residents are met with professionalism, responsiveness, and care.
