Dudek has a longstanding relationship with Opportunity Center Inc., having represented them when they first opened the ServiceSource Delaware Riverfront Community Center in 2014, again during their lease renewal in 2019, and now for this latest transaction, which more than doubles their footprint. The organization has expanded into a total of 5,621 square feet at the Shipyard Center.
Opportunity Center Inc. operates the ServiceSource Delaware Riverfront Community Center at this location, a vibrant and inclusive space serving individuals with disabilities and the greater Wilmington community.
