NAI Emory Hill Represents Heart & Home in New Concord Pike Location
Wilmington, DE [September 21, 2026] – NAI Emory Hill is pleased to announce that Heart & Home, a locally owned women’s boutique, has leased 4,065 square feet of retail space in Concord Gallery at 3658 Concord Pike.
Lorraine Sheldon represented Heart & Home in the transaction, assisting owners Lynn Swanson Bouscaren and Catherine Tison Wilkins with their property search, tours, and lease negotiations. MSC represented the landlord.
Heart & Home has been serving the Wilmington area since 1991, offering women’s apparel, jewelry, accessories and specialty gifts. The new Concord Pike store expands the retailer’s presence beyond its existing Pike Creek location in Pike Creek Shopping Center, providing increased visibility and access to the North Wilmington market along the Concord Pike retail corridor. Concord Gallery is an approximately 84,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by Staples, First Watch, Mission BBQ, and Five Below along Route 202, one of northern Delaware’s major retail destinations.
Following a soft opening celebration on Sept. 18, Bouscaren and Wilkins shared their appreciation for Sheldon’s assistance in finding and securing the new location.
