Lorraine Sheldon, Associate Broker at Emory Hill, represented Anderson & Catania in the sale of 707 Philadelphia Pike, an office building in Wilmington, Delaware. The property was priced strategically, receiving multiple offers in a short time frame, and ultimately sold above the asking price.
As part of a comprehensive relocation plan, Sheldon also secured a new lease for the company at 256 Chapman Road, helping the surety firm transition smoothly into their new office space.
