Middletown Medical
Together, Sandhill Plaza and Ketlay Plaza expand Emory Hill’s property management presence in the growing Middletown market. The two medical and general office properties are home to 14 tenants, with seven businesses at each location. Their diverse tenant mix includes ChristianaCare, LabCorp, Premier Dermatology and other healthcare and professional service providers serving the Middletown community.

Carillon Crossing is a 48-unit, 55+ active adult condominium community located on Rockland Road in North Wilmington. Built in 1998, the low-rise community offers residents a maintenance-free lifestyle with amenities including a neighborhood gathering space, fitness center, game and billiard rooms, library, elevators, and additional storage. Its North Wilmington location also provides convenient access to shopping, dining, healthcare, and the Route 202 corridor.

The Parke at Foulkstone is a newly constructed, 31-home active adult community located on Jameson Way in North Wilmington. Designed for residents 55 and older, the community features carriage-style townhomes surrounded by tree-lined walking paths, a neighborhood pavilion and a forest conservation area, creating a low-maintenance residential setting just off Foulk Road.
