NAI Emory Hill Announces Sale of 791 S DuPont Highway in New Castle, Delaware

New Castle, DE [June 24, 2025]-NAI Emory Hill has announced the sale of 791 S. DuPont Highway in New Castle, Delaware. Rich Dudek, SIOR, represented the seller in the transaction.

The property, formerly home to The Furniture Barn Store, includes a total of 34,555 square feet across several structures, including a 19,934 sq. ft. front showroom. 

The buyer, a local investor, also previously purchased the neighboring property at 801 S DuPont Highway, an adjacent site with additional warehouse buildings and structures on 2.12 acres. Dudek represented the seller in that transaction as well.

The acquisition of both properties marks a strategic investment along a highly visible commercial corridor. The site will be held as an investment property.
