Emory Hill Maintenance provides commercial maintenance services supporting day-to-day building operations across a range of property types. Services include general building maintenance, HVAC-related work, and grounds maintenance, with support tailored to the needs of each facility.

Maintenance support is available on a scheduled basis as well as for urgent situations. A centralized dispatch process allows service requests to be logged, tracked, and responded to efficiently. Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Maintenance activities are supported by structured reporting and management systems that allow for clear documentation, tracking, and communication. Our maintenance personnel are properly licensed and insured in New Castle County and the State of Delaware.

Maintenance dispatch is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with after-hours emergency service available as needed. Service rates and contract options vary based on scope and response requirements.
