Delaware’s Helen’s Sausage House Signs Lease at Mi-Shoppes at Vineyards in Lewes
Lewes, DE [October 7, 2026] – NAI Emory Hill is pleased to announce that Helen’s Sausage House, a longtime Delaware favorite known for its signature sausage sandwiches and breakfast fare, has leased 1,890 square feet of new-construction restaurant space at Mi-Shoppes at Vineyards in Lewes.

Family-owned and operated since 1983, Helen’s Sausage House began in Smyrna and has built a loyal following for more than four decades. The restaurant expanded into Newark in 2023, and its new Lewes location at 21431 Zinfandel Lane will mark its third location.

Construction is underway on the new location, with Helen’s recently sharing progress updates on Facebook as it works toward an anticipated March 2027 opening.
