Background & Experience
Brad joined Emory Hill in 1998, bringing with him 13 years of construction experience and beginning his tenure as a Site Superintendent. His daily tasks consisted of coordinating jobsites, ordering and cataloging materials, supervising and scheduling multiple subcontractors, jobsite safety, and completion of projects on time and on budget.
After 14 years, Brad was promoted to Project Manager, moving from the field into the office. As a Project Manager, he performed duties such as project estimating, creating schedules, writing contracts, obtaining permits, overseeing multiple site superintendents, scheduling and attending owner’s and subcontractor jobsite meetings, and closing out project documentation. In 2015, Brad assumed leadership of the construction department as Director, a position he held for nine years while overseeing the day-to-day operations of Emory Hill & Company. In 2024, he stepped down from the Director role and resumed his duties as Senior Project Manager and Estimator.
Notable projects during his 28 years at Emory Hill include the renovation of a historic bank for the Delaware State Bar Association, Shoppes of Louviers Buildings 1 & 2, numerous fit-outs and clean rooms for W.L. Gore, multiple Goodwill stores, DATA Centers for AIG Insurance and CSC Corporation, and tenant fit-outs for First USA, Morgan Stanley, CSC Corporation, WSFS Banks, Department of Veteran’s facility, LaMotte Inc. facility, among hundreds of other projects.
With 28 years, Brad remains as one of the longest tenured employees at Emory Hill & Company.
