Ed Zivic joins NAI Emory Hill as a commercial property manager with more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience in property management and leasing.

Managed properties include: mall, retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use residential/office/retail properties.

Background & Experience

Prior to joining NAI Emory Hill, Ed worked for a national mall and retail outlet owner, managing and leasing malls, strip centers, and an outlet center in Delaware and Virginia. Specialties include property: operations, maintenance, financial analysis/reporting, property improvement, retail/business development, marketing, and customer service. Prior to property management, Ed served in the United States Navy as an Aviation Electrician at Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
