Emory Hill Construction Selected for Renovations at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Delaware’s Youth Enrichment Facility

Dover, DE [June 29, 2026] – Emory Hill Construction is proud to have been selected by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Delaware to complete renovations at their Forrest Avenue facility, the Youth Enrichment Center, in Dover, Delaware. 

Led by Project Manager Matt Allen and Superintendent Dave Carasiti, the project includes a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation featuring new meeting and program spaces, upgraded building systems, accessibility improvements, a new garage door installation, roofing upgrades, site improvements, and other enhancements designed to support the organization’s mission and future growth. The project also includes a new septic system, HVAC and electrical upgrades, and extensive interior finishes throughout the facility.
