Our portfolio under management consists of over five million square feet of office, industrial and retail space and several thousand multi-family units. We manage self-owned assets along with those of outside individuals, investment groups, financial institutions and institutional owners.
With over four decades of successfully managing our own portfolio, we have developed a sophisticated process to effectively manage all types of real estate. Our third party clients benefit from our unique ability to manage from an owner’s perspective, thus helping to maximize property values and cash flows. We view property management as a partnership and aim to leverage our relationships to the benefit of our entire clientele.
As Delaware’s only full-service property management firm, our clients can benefit from in-house brokerage, maintenance and construction divisions as well.
